About Us
Established in August 2023, NIJI embarked on a culinary journey at our inaugural location in The Galleries, Bristol. Rooted from the chef’s profound love for Japanese cuisine, we commit to quality and authenticity. In March 2025, we relocated to the current location on Union Street, heart of Bristol City.

Dedicated to catering to diverse palates, NIJI proudly serves a menu comprising 90% homemade food, with 35% of our offerings tailored for vegans and 55% gluten-free options. With a plethora of choices, we welcome all food enthusiasts to indulge in an unforgettable culinary experience at NIJI.

Yes we are! Feel free to surprise us with who you bring, but please make sure they behave and stay at your table only.
Do you have any high chairs for children?
Yes we do.
Do you do takeaway?
Yes we do. Feel free to order at the till. We are also available on Uber Eats if you want your food delivered.
Where can I park?
You can park in The Galleries Car Park, Cabot Circus Car Park, NCP Nelson Street, NCP Rupert Street or pay by meter spaces on Silver Street and Fairfax Street.
Is the food Halal?
Unfortunately no. We are still in progress working towards a more inclusive food environment, but in the mean time, please enjoy our fish and vegan dishes.
Do you provide catering?
